The Heart of Wavelength Leadership

I started Wavelength because I love seeing how momentum and joy change a room.

It rarely starts big. It starts with one person, one conversation, one small thing someone was willing to try. A ripple. Then it moves.

I named my practice Wavelength because I want to be the ripple that starts the wave. That’s my leadership agenda.

My path here runs through sociology, criminal justice, marketing and agency work, and eight years at Campus Manitoba, where I grew from running communications and the Manitoba Open Education Initiative into running the organization as a whole. Every step taught me something I still use, and I’m proud of all of them.

Today I work with leaders and teams through coaching, strategic consulting, EOS facilitation and speaking. However the work shows up, it comes from the same place:

  • Showing up for people. I’m in it with you, not watching from the side.

  • Collaboration. The best answers come from the room, not from me alone.

  • Celebrating others. Wins get named out loud, the small ones too.

  • Starting small. You don’t need the whole plan. You need a first step you can learn from.

And I’m learning a new one: sunshine in the morning. Good work comes from people who have something left in their cup, and that includes me.
